* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills.
  Wind chills as low as 30 below zero. For the Winter Weather
  Advisory, snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch
  with locally higher amounts near 2 inches possible.

* WHERE...Portions of South Central and Southeast Kansas.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST Tuesday. For 
  the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing 
  snow could significantly reduce visibility and cause cleared 
  roads to become snow covered again. The dangerously cold wind 
  chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 
  10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will continue to be a long duration 
  period of dangerously cold conditions. Please plan accordingly.
