HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Law enforcement has reported ping pong sized hail in
Russell. 61 mph winds have been reported at the Russell
Airport.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail

mph and is expected to move over the community of Lucas in the next
20 minutes
