feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't 
drown.

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  tomorrow morning to a crest of 11.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. 
  It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying areas can be 
  expected, especially along the right bank.

  this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this 
  evening.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet, Left bank overflows extend out to about 100 
  yards. A low water bridge on South Sumner Road, 3 miles downstream 
  from gage site or 2 miles southwest of Corbin, floods.
