SOUTHWESTERN LIMESTONE...NORTHWESTERN MORGAN AND NORTHEASTERN LAWRENCE COUNTIES UNTIL 800 PM CDT... At 719 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm producing torrential rainfall near Courtland, or 15 miles north of Moulton, and moving northeast at 5 mph. Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be possible with this storm. Rainfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour are also occurring and will lead to rapid ponding of water on roads and minor flooding in areas with poor drainiage. Locations impacted include...
