* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late tomorrow
morning to 18.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall
below flood stage tomorrow afternoon to 17.9 feet and begin rising
again early Thursday morning. It will rise above flood stage again
Thursday morning and continue to rise to 18.1 feet early Thursday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage again early
