heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1
hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING
FOR SOUTHEASTERN COLBERT AND CENTRAL LAUDERDALE COUNTIES...
At 618 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that produced
very heavy rainfall earlier have shifted east of the area. Runoff
from the recent rains will keep a risk of flash flooding going into
the early evening. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen, and
up to 1 additional inch is possible over the next hour.
