...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...East winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph expected.

* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong wind gusts can make driving difficult and blow
  around unsecured items and canopies.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving high profile vehicles. Make sure to
use heavy cinder blocks to weigh down canopies.

...WIND ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT...

Strong wind gusts are subsiding across the Marianas this evening,
which allows the Wind Advisory to expire at 7 pm. Trade winds are
expected to become gusty again by mid morning Tuesday. If
necessary, another Wind Advisory will be issued by mid morning 
Tuesday.
