...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Northeast wind of 25 mph with frequent gusts up to 35 mph.

* WHERE...Across Guam.

* WHEN...Until 7 pm this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong wind gusts can make driving difficult and blow
  around unsecured items and canopies.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving high profile vehicles. Make sure to
use heavy cinder blocks to weigh down canopies.

...WIND ADVISORY ARE NO LONGER IN EFFECT...

Strong wind gusts are subsiding across Guam this evening, which 
allows the Wind Advisory to expire at 7 pm. Trade winds are expected
to become gusty again from late Monday morning through Monday 
afternoon. If necessary, another Wind Advisory will be issued by mid
morning Monday.
