FOR SOUTHEASTERN ANDERSON AND NORTHWESTERN ABBEVILLE COUNTIES...

At 1148 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southeast
of Anderson, or 6 miles south of Biltmore Park, moving east at 25
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind 
         damage to trees and power lines.
