  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

At 804 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms produced heavy 
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have 
fallen. Although heavy rainfall has diminished, light to moderate 
rainfall continues. A second round of heavy rainfall is possible. 
Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned 
area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
