  drifting snow.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Michigan.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions will continue right
  through the day. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce
  visibility and create whiteout conditions at times. As
  temperatures fall through the teens today roads will become
  increasingly treacherous. If you must travel be prepared for low
  visibilities, slowed travel and icy conditions.
