* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 20 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 5 to 8 ft. For the Storm Watch,
  southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and waves 10
  to 16 ft possible.

* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island 
  to Sheboygan.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM CST Wednesday. 
  For the Storm Watch, from Wednesday evening through Thursday 
  afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous waves which 
  could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should prepare to remain in port, alter course, and/or
secure the vessel for severe conditions before conditions
deteriorate.

  kts with gusts up to 30 kts and waves 6 to 9 ft.

* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island 
  to Sheboygan.
