...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO
MIDNIGHT CDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Northeast winds at 15 to 25 kts with gusts around 30 
  kts.

* WHERE...Central and Southern Bay of Green Bay.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to midnight CDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An abrupt shift from south winds at around
  10 kts to gusty northeast winds is anticipated this evening.
  Winds will gust to around 30 knots for a few hours after the
  wind shift, then settle down. The abrupt change in wind will
  result in rough waters that could pose a significant hazard to
  small boats. The current is estimate is that the wind shift will
  occur between 600 and 700 pm near Washington Island, and surge 
  down the bay reaching the mouth of the Fox River between 900 pm 
  and 1000 pm.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
