TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Southeast winds increasing to 15 to 25 knots and waves
  building to 3 to 6 feet Monday morning. Winds will decrease to 
  10 to 15 knots Monday night. Waves will build to 4 to 7 feet 
  Monday night, then subside late Tuesday morning.

* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island 
  to Sheboygan.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 1 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
