* Until 245 AM CDT.

* At 140 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles north of
  Ruleton, moving southeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Weather instrument at St. Francis airport.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  western Cheyenne County in northwestern Kansas, including the
  following locations... Wheeler.

At 149 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northwest of
Goodland, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Weather instrument at St. Francis airport. At 1:35 AM CDT a 
         gust of 66 MPH was measured at the airport.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
