* At 327 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles northwest
  of Kit Carson, or 26 miles west of Cheyenne Wells, moving east at
  35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Public. At 3:15 PM MDT, half dollar sized hail was 
           reported 1 mile north of Arroyo.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
