  a line extending from 4 miles east of Grinnell to 13 miles north of
  Wallace, moving south at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Thunderstorm outflow is trigger severe gusts. Oakley 
           Kansas AWOS reported 60 mph. The line is spawning other 
           convection.
