* WHAT...South winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph 
  expected.

* WHERE...In Kansas, Sherman and Wallace Counties. In Colorado, 
  Kit Carson and Cheyenne Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 6 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be 
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patchy blowing dust is possible causing
  localized reductions in visibility and unhealthy air quality.
