  Nebraska.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
  vehicles. Tree and minor structural damage is possible. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... The strongest winds will occur for a 1 to
  2 hour window immediately following the cold frontal passage. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around
