* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional snow
  accumulations of 2 to 6 inches across North and Central Texas on
  top of what has already fallen. For the Wind Chill Warning,
  dangerously cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 20 below
  zero on Monday morning and 15 to 20 below zero on Tuesday
  morning.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast and south central 
  Texas.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 9 AM CST Monday. 
  For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be dangerous through Monday morning.
  Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
  The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
  commute. Extreme wind chills as low as 20 below zero will become
  life threatening to people and animals outside without adequate
  warmth or shelter! The cold wind chills could cause frostbite 
  on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Avoid travel. Stay off roads until
  conditions improve. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

  elsewhere. Ice accumulations of 1/10 to 1/4 inch expected.
  Highest concentration of ice expected in the Waco/Temple/Killeen
  areas northeast to Palestine and Canton.

  sleet accumulation is expected over Central and East Texas
  tonight into tomorrow morning. Ice accumulations between 1/4 and
  1/2 an inch are possible east of I-35 and south of I-20. Total
  snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches are possible along the Red
  River with widespread 1 to 4 inches possible elsewhere.

* WHERE...All of North and Central Texas. Significant ice  
  accumulation is expected over Central Texas. Significant snow 
  accumulation is expected over North Texas.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could become dangerous. Additional power 
  outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
