Driving on east to west area roadways may become difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Items such as holiday decorations, trash cans, patio furniture, and trampolines may be blown easily around by the very gusty north winds. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds averaging at least 25 mph, or gusts to, or in excess of 35 mph are expected for several hours. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on particularly east to west oriented highways and interstates. Boaters, especially smaller craft should use extra caution when venturing onto open waters of area lakes. Larger, north to south oriented lakes will especially see impacts from the gusty north winds.
