...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern Coryell
and southeastern Lampasas Counties through 645 PM CDT...

At 620 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing a landspout 8 miles northwest of Kempner, or 9
miles northwest of Copperas Cove, moving southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess up to 40 mph. A landspout or funnel is 
         possible.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds 
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured 
         objects.
