  It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  this evening to a crest of 24.9 feet just after midnight tonight. 
  It will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding along the creek 
  is expected. Rural roads, along with farm and ranch land near the 
  creek, will begin to flood.
