The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Navarro County in north central Texas...

* Until 1000 AM CDT.

* At 743 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain between Powell and Kerens, with 
  another area from Corsicana south toward Oak Valley, Angus, and 
  near Richland Chambers Reservoir. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are 
  possible through late morning due to re-development of showers and 
  storms containing heavy rain upstream. Flash flooding is ongoing 
  or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by showers and thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Corsicana, Kerens, Angus, Navarro, Retreat, Mildred, Oak Valley, 
  Eureka, Goodlow, Powell and Mustang.

This includes the following highways...
	Interstate 45 between mile markers 220 and 232.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Do not 
drive through barricades, as most flood deaths occur in vehicles. 
Even the largest of vehicles can be swept away in an instant from 
moving high water.

Report flooding, or washed out roads to law enforcement or your 
local fire department.

New flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. However,
