AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast to develop.

* WHERE...Falling Creek near East Juliette.

* WHEN...Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 11 feet, bankfull conditions occur along the creek 
  upstream and downstream from the gage on Round Oak-Juliette Road.
  At 13 feet, minor flooding begins in the woodlands and natural 
  flood plain along the creek in the Piedmont National Wildlife 
  Refuge,  upstream and downstream from the gage on Round 
  Oak-Juliette Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:45 AM EST Sunday the stage was 12.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early this morning reaching a crest around 13.2 feet this
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this
    morning.
