Old Balls Ferry Road leading to the boat ramp becomes flooded with
a foot of water or more. The entire dirt parking lot near the
boat ramp is under three to five feet of water. Extensive flooding
of the woodlands near the river continues.

* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Friday
evening, and then continue falling to 8.4 feet Tuesday evening.
* Impact...At 17 feet, minor flooding occurs in the woodlands and
pastures upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway
280. Some homes on Dead River Road in the south end of Montgomery
County will be surrounded by water as water covers lower portions
of Dead River Road.
