  evening to a crest of 12.1 feet this evening. It will then fall 
  below flood stage late this evening.
* Impact...At 12 feet, Minor flooding of woodlands...pasture and 
  fields begins along the river...upstream and downstream from the 
  gage on Georgia Highway 286 or Dawnville Road.
