...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHEASTERN ATASCOSA COUNTY
UNTIL 745 PM CDT...
At 720 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Christine to near
Esseville. Movement was northwest at 5 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea sized hail will be possible with
these storms.
Locations impacted include...
Christine, Campbellton, Peggy, McCoy and Fashing.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
