a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  San Antonio River at Hwy 72 nr Runge affecting Karnes and Goliad 
  Counties.

For the San Antonio River...including Hwy 72 nr Runge...Minor 
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* Flood Warning for
  the San Antonio River at Hwy 72 nr Runge.
* From late tonight to late Thursday morning.
* At 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 25.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage just after 
  midnight tonight to 28.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will 
  then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening to 22.1 feet and 
  begin rising again Thursday evening. It will rise to 23.0 feet 
  early Friday morning. It will then fall again and remain below 
  flood stage.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet, Minor flooding of farmland occurs in lowest 
  portions of the floodplain.
* Flood History...No available flood history.
