* Until 215 PM CDT.
* At 1115 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is
1.5 to 2.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2
inches are possible in the warned area. The area is saturated and
any additional heavy rainfall will quickly lead to run off. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
