* Until 545 PM CDT.

* At 242 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

AFTERNOON FOR NORTH CENTRAL BEXAR AND SOUTHERN COMAL COUNTIES...

At 419 PM CDT, Although rain has ended across the warned area, 
runoff will continue to lead to possible flash flooding, especially 
across low water crossings. Several low water crossings are closed 
and/or flooded across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of 
rain had fallen.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.
