EVENING FOR WEST CENTRAL BASTROP AND SOUTHEASTERN TRAVIS COUNTIES...
At 802 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the rain has rapidly ended in
the warned area. Between 2 and 4.2 inches of rain have fallen across
southeastern portions of the Austin Metro area. Austin Bergstrom
International Airport has recorded 3.95 inches of rain. Little or no
additional rainfall is expected in the warned area. Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
