...High Fire Danger Expected Today For Far West Texas...

..Critical fire conditions are expected today in far west Texas as
a storm system approaches from the west. Winds of 20 to 30 mph 
and minimum relative humidities of 8 to 14 percent are expected in
this area. Elsewhere, minimum relative humidities will raise above
15 percent.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 055.Fire weather zone 056.

* WIND...Sustained southwest winds at 20 to 30 mph with gusts 
  to 35-40 mph. 

* HUMIDITY...8 to 14 percent.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
