This will enhance precipitation rates and localized cooling around northern Trinity County, keeping snow levels lower. While snow levels may rise above 6000 feet on Wednesday, particularly over southern and western portions of the Trinity Alps, enough snow is expected before this occurs, particularly around far northeast Trinity County, to have some travel impacts on Highway 3 at Scott Mountain Summit.
