CST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 
  10 to 20 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and 
  central, north central, northeast, northwest and west central 
  Missouri.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed
  skin in as little as 30 minutes. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Prolonged period of cold temperatures and
  dangerous wind chills will remain possible for the weekend into
  early next week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
