...WIND ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

Winds across the area have gradually decreased this evening and 
are expected to remain below 45 mph for the next few hours. A 
winter weather advisory will take effect early Friday morning, as 
winds increase along with widespread snowfall. The result of the 
increasing winds on Friday morning and the widespread snow will
cause very difficult travel conditions and visibility reduction 
less than 1 mile at times through the day on Friday. Travel on 
Friday is heavily discouraged.

along with widespread snowfall. The result of the increasing winds
on Friday morning and the widespread snow will cause very

half mile at times through the day on Friday. Travel on Friday is

* WHERE...In Kansas, Linn KS County. In Missouri, Bates County.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Visibility reduction under one mile at times will make travel
  difficult.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
