  Counties.

  Blackwater River near Blue Lick affecting Saline and Cooper 
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
