  Counties. In Missouri, Jackson, Platte and Clay Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Extreme heat and humidity will significantly 
  increase the potential for heat related illnesses,
