* At 1056 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area, with around 3 inches 
  reported in Bentonsport. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have 
  fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible 
  in the warned area. Gauges are reporting that points along Cedar 
  Creek are near or over Minor Flood stage. Flash flooding is  
  expected to begin shortly.

At 1207 PM CDT, At 11:30 AM, a trained weather spotter reported 
water flowing over gravel roads in the Bentonsport area in Van Buren 
County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional 
rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. 
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.
