...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM TO MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph 
  expected.

* WHERE...Huron and Tuscola Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM to midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could damage light weight objects that are
  unsecured. Small tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
  outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... A strong cold front will move across Lower
  Michigan late this afternoon and enter southeast Michigan this
  evening. Wind gusts around 45 mph are expected along the
  shoreline as the front crosses Saginaw Bay. The wind gusts drop
  below 40 mph toward midnight and then continue diminishing
  overnight. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
