* Flash Flood Warning for...
Livingston County in southeastern Michigan...
* Until 700 AM EDT.
* At 433 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered to numerous
thunderstorms moving across the warned area. Heavy rain has lead
to flooding on I-96, with road closures reported near Pickney
Road. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen, with additional
rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible in the warned area.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

FOR LIVINGSTON COUNTY...
At 542 AM EDT, Law enforcement reports ongoing flooding in and
around Howell. Flooding is occuring on I-96, with road closures
reported. Rainfall will gradually taper off through the mid morning
hours, with additional rainfall amounts of less than a quarter of an
inch expected.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
