  gusts up to 65 mph. For the Wind Advisory, west winds 20 to 30
  mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...Parts of north central Iowa.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 3 AM CST Thursday. For 
  the Wind Advisory, from 3 AM to 6 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be 
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
