At 1049 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near High Lake, or
9 miles north of Emmetsburg, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southeastern Emmet and northern Palo Alto Counties, including the
