...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN ALBANY COUNTY...

At 159 PM MDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over University Of
Wyoming War Memorial Stadium, or over Laramie, moving northeast at 10
mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Laramie and University Of Wyoming War Memorial Stadium. 

This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 313 and
318.
