* At 1246 PM MST, a dangerous snow squall was located over Arlington,
or 36 miles northwest of Laramie, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Whiteout conditions. Zero visibility in snow and blowing
snow. Wind gusts up to 30 mph.

IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.
