* At 1154 AM MST, a dangerous snow squall was located 7 miles west of
  Rawlins, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Extremely poor visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow. 
           Wind gusts greater than 60 mph.

  IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.
