Southern Fire weather zone 310. * WIND...West winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph. * HUMIDITY...13 to 15 percent * HAINES...5 or Moderate potential for rapid fire growth. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
