  Mountain along Interstate 80 between Laramie and Rawlins. 

* WHEN...A prolonged period of high winds will persist through at
  least Monday afternoon. The main time frames for the strongest
  wind speeds include late tonight through Saturday afternoon, as
  well as Sunday morning through Monday afternoon. High winds may
  continue beyond that time. 

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
  extremely dangerous to light weight and high profile vehicles,
  including campers and tractor trailers. There will be an extreme
  risk for vehicle blow overs in these areas, especially between
  mile markers 240 and 290 along Interstate 80.
