* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches.

* WHERE...Warren and McKean Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest totals will be along and north
