Very heavy rain is expected from a cluster of thunderstorms covering a large portion of Warren and McKean counties. The storms are moving to the east at 20 to 30 MPH. Expect some spots to pick up to 2 inches of rain in a short amount of time. This could make minor flooding. Pea size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph are also possible from any of these storms. Locations impacted include... Warren, Bradford, Kane, Port Allegany, Sheffield, Columbus, Youngsville, Smethport, Wetmore, and Russell. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
